Web Hosting Terms

These Terms and Policies are a legal agreement between you and ServerBD Technology and apply to all web hosting services you use. By using any ServerBD Technology service, you agree to follow all rules, policies, and conditions listed in this document. If you allow anyone else to use your account, you are fully responsible for their actions.

ServerBD Technology may suspend or terminate your service if you violate any policy or use the service improperly.

ServerBD Technology performs daily backups and keeps them for up to 30 days, but backups are not guaranteed and customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

Hosting of illegal content, copyright-violating material, phishing, scams, or pirated software is strictly prohibited.

Adult or pornographic websites are not allowed on ServerBD Technology servers.

The service must not be used for any activity that is illegal in Bangladesh, including but not limited to online gambling, betting, casinos, money laundering, financial fraud, phishing, hacking, scams, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, terrorism-related content, sale of illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit products, or any other unlawful digital activity.

Using hosting for file hosting, image hosting, or backup storage instead of a website is not allowed.

Any attempt to hack, attack, abuse, or interfere with any server, network, or user will result in immediate termination.

Providing false or incomplete personal or payment information is not allowed.

Any chargeback will result in immediate suspension and possible permanent termination.

ServerBD Technology has no obligation to provide any refund or billing credit for suspended or terminated accounts.

ServerBD Technology is not responsible for customer content, third-party services, or data loss.

All services are provided “as is” with no guarantee of uptime, security, or data protection.

ServerBD Technology will not be financially liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption caused by service use.

Free & Discount Conditions

A free domain name will be registered with a premium hosting package when paid yearly.

Only one domain will be registered free of charge per account.

The minimum hosting term is 60 days. After this period, you may transfer the domain to another registrar if desired. The domain cannot be transferred to another client during this period.

Discounts apply only for the first year. All renewals will be billed at regular prices including domain, hosting, and other services.

Google Workspace Terms

Google Workspace is a prepaid service and requires full advance payment.

For bank payments, service activation will occur only after the payment has been received and credited to our account.

You must have full DNS access to your domain. The domain must be verified before Google Workspace can be activated. If the domain cannot be verified, the order will be cancelled and Google does not provide refunds.

If the service is suspended, you will still be able to access the Admin Console, but Gmail and other Google Workspace services will remain disabled until payment is made.

Once the service is cancelled (7 days after suspension), the Google Workspace domain cannot be reconnected to our reseller platform for at least 18 months. You must then purchase the service directly from Google or another reseller.

Google Workspace Yearly Plan

The yearly plan requires full advance payment for one year.

If new users or licenses are added during the year, you must pay for the remaining months for those users.

Charges will be calculated using the monthly rate for the remaining months.

License reduction is not allowed during an active yearly plan.

To reduce users, you must first switch to monthly billing for one month.

After switching to monthly billing, reduce the users.

Then you may switch back to the yearly plan.

Payment must be completed at least five business days before the billing end date to avoid service interruption.

Google Workspace Monthly Plan

Prices may change according to Google pricing updates.

To reduce licenses, you must delete the email account(s) from the Admin Console at least one day before the due date and notify ServerBD Technology.

Any new license added during the month will be charged for the full month.

Monthly payments must be completed at least three days before the due date.

If the service expires, it can be reactivated within seven days.

For suspended services, reactivation may take 1 to 48 hours excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

If payment is not made within seven days of suspension, the service will be deleted from our panel and transferred to Google.

At that point, ServerBD Technology will not be able to provide support.

You may reactivate the service directly with Google.

Google may allow up to three months to restore the account after all dues are cleared.

Google Workspace Discount Offer

For the first year, customers receive a 40% discount on the first 20 Google Workspace accounts.

From the second year onward, regular pricing applies.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, please contact our support team. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund within 30 days.

No refunds are available after 30 days.

Domain registrations, SSL certificates, transfers, and third-party services are non-refundable.

VPS and Dedicated Servers are non-refundable.

No refunds will be given if services are terminated due to policy violations.

Account credit cannot be refunded and must be used for services.

Setup fees are non-refundable.

Promotional or discounted plans are not eligible for the 30-day refund policy.

Any excess payment will be added as account credit and cannot be refunded.
